Digital Guidance in Financial Comparison
Taksitlio, established in 2023 as a subsidiary of Fibabanka, is a fintech platform that gathers shopping loan offers from various banks in one place. With the motto "Your Financial Assistant," the platform aims to provide the most suitable financial solutions by transparently comparing loans, cards, deposits, and insurance options.
Strategic Transformation
When Taksitlio joined our team, it primarily operated through field employees in physical stores. To reach a wider audience, we aimed to transform it from a simple loan intermediary into a comprehensive financial assistant. Accordingly, we conducted user research and benchmarks to define the platform's web identity and new functionalities.
Research & Concept Design
My role covered a wide range of responsibilities, including user research, concept UI designs, and coordination with software and marketing teams. Based on high-fidelity wireframes approved by the business unit, we created flows that allow users to search for loans, deposits, and insurance options as quickly as possible.
Design System & Consistency
Since Taksitlio and Alışgidiş are sister brands, we preferred their design languages to be consistent. By leveraging the design system we built for Alışgidiş, we completed Taksitlio’s responsive UI designs in a very short time. This process served as a stress test that proved how flexible and "headless/multibrand" ready our architecture truly was.
Results and Impact
The ability to adapt existing components directly to a new brand without redesigning them maximized our production speed. As a result, we delivered a platform that works perfectly on both desktop and mobile, responds to modern financial needs, and demonstrates scalability through its robust design system.
